Detailed Agenda for the ISEM week 25th - 28th october 2009 (PDF file) 

For the conference itself, you need to have a presentation of your results prepared, appropriate for a 15mins presentation and 15mins discussion. 

A Beamer and flipchart will be provided for you to make use of visual aids should you wish to do so.

 

It is mandatory for all groups to prepare a concise written summary of 1-2 pages length which will be distributed to all participants as a handout.

 

Please make sure you send this handout (preferably as .pdf) to Mrs. Sabine Matejek (Matejek@dhbw-mannheim.de) by Monday, November 23rd, 1p.m. at the latest!

 

Also, your group should already think about how your research and findings can best be visualized on a pin board and make the necessary preparations if necessary.

 

As far as your group's seminar paper is concerned, the handing-in deadline is Wednesday, December 16th. The intention behind setting the deadline a good two weeks after the ISEM conference is that this will grant you sufficient time to incorporate the seminar discussions and - where appropriate - other groups' findings and input in your papers.

 

Please note that two printed copies of your paper and one digital version on CD need to be handed in by December 16th.
